INGREDIENTES:

-300 gr calabacín (crudo, pelado y congelado a trozos)

-200 ml bebida soja eco

-150 gr cerezas (deshuesadas y a trocitos - 13 unidades)

-2 cdas queso fresco batido (opcional)

-1 scoop proteína (15 gr sabor fresh vanilla de Be Essencial)

-Endulzante (opcional): 1 cda sirope de dátiles o 1/2 plátano congelado

-Topping: chocolate puro derretido con un poquito de aceite de coco Be Essential🥥

 

*Es preferible usar los ingredientes ecológicos o de proximidad.

PREPARACIÓN:

① Lava y quítale los huesos a las cerezas.  

② Tritura todos los ingredientes excepto las cerezas a máxima potencia en tu procesadora.

③ Añade las cerezas a trocitos y remueve.

④ Sirve con un poco de chocolate 🍫 por encima si quieres darle un toque y ¡a disfrutar! 😋

Consejo: Puedes probar con otra bebida vegetal, incluso con tu sabor favorito de proteina y la fruta que te apetezca. Además, puedes usar otros toppings, como fruta fresca, frutos secos, coco rallado, virutas de chocolate...¡Dale a tu imaginación!
